Pre-Order Items
Items marked as "Pre-Order" are not currently in stock and are produced or prepared after orders are collected.
Estimated production and shipping times for pre-order items will be listed on the product page. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that shipping may take several weeks.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order are ready.
Ready-to-Ship Drops
Ready-to-ship items are in stock and typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is processed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays
Micte is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Micte is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Micte is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
